Hi Dolls! Can you believe it’s already January?? Well first off, we wanted to wish ourselves a Happy One Year Anniversary! Or One Year Birthday!? Or One Year Blogship!? We’ll take ’em all! We are so thankful for all of you who follow and support us and our passion for sharing our fashion and beauty advice! You are what makes putting all this effort is worth it
And since you gotta look good on your birthday/anniversary, we wanted to feature some fringe, one of our favorite styles, in today’s look! Fringe seems to add a touch of edge to any look, and who doesn’t love an edgy girl? Here we decided to go with two different fringed items to show how it can be a styled in different ways.
Charishma Outfit Details: Fringe Jacket- Zara (old, similar), Dress- Forever21, Necklace- Zara (sold out, similar), Boots- Nine West, Purse- Nine West Niasha Outfit Details: Fringe Skirt- H&M (old, similar), Turtleneck- Macy’s, Earrings-H&M, Heels-Lulu‘s
Charishma found this to die for black suede fringe jacket at Zara. Because of it’s length, especially with its long fringe layers, it pairs well with a short dress. The metal grommet details along the front of the jacket add to the rough and tough look. To soften the overall feel, because lets face it she’s not all that biker chick cool, she went with a more neutral white and black mini-checkered dress and added color popping accessories like a yellow stone (not to be confused with the Yellowstone National Park!) necklace and a burnt orange woven clutch.
Niasha featured fringe in a feminine blush color and in skirt form to really stand out. To make the mini skirt a real eye-catcher, she paired it with a black turtleneck, black chandelier fringe earrings and black stilettos. Going out in this skirt is way too much fun when the fringe moves with your dance moves The whole look oozes chic and yet an I’m too cool for you vibe.
Got fringe fever yet?!
