There is no denying the fact that the Kashmir issue has been an apple of discord between India and Pakistan since independence.To reassure the Muslims of Jammu and Kashmir this article was put in place.On the whole there is a need to come to an amicable solution about this issue. The article 370 is already diluted enough and its blatant abrogation will only make matters worse...

This article is a ridiculous thing about India... the word secular has got no meaning... the Preamble is a part of the basic structure of the Constitution and its non-applicability in J&K possibly makes it a theocratic state.
